  8.     LazyBBS  does  not  use  sophisticated terminal functions apart from 
  9.     the VT100/ANSI 'Delete Screen' and 'Delete Line', you can safely use 
  10.     it with any  terminal emulator. VT100/ANSI just looks a bit nicer.

  13.     Menus

  15.     Menus  are  hierarchical  and  based  on  hotkeys,  you just need to
  16.     type the letter of your choices. Some choices may require user flags 
  17.     your sysop attributes.

  20.     Mail reading
  21.  
  22.     Conferences  are  split  in  several  groups accessible through menu
  23.     items.  Once  you  have  selected  a  group,  a  conference selector
  24.     allows  you  to   choose   one  conference.  The  messages  are  now
  25.     displayed  and  you  can browse through the message base ([P]revious
  26.     message,  [N]ext  message,  [G]oto  message  number), and scroll the
  27.     message  itself  ([H]ome  [M]ore).  An easy way to read your mail is
  28.     to  use  the  space  bar, that scrolls messages and jump to the next
  29.     message  once  the current one is finished.

  31.     The BBS software sets the  current pointer to the first message that
  32.     arrived  on  the system since the last day you came. If it points on
  33.     message 1, no new messages arrived since your last login day.

  36.     Line editor

  38.     An easy-to-use line editor is provided for writing messages.  If you 
  39.     miss  a  full  screen  editor,  you  urgently  need  an offline mail
  40.     reader, such as a Fidonet point system. Ask your sysop.

  45.     At  the  'More ?' prompt, when your read a bulletin you can type [C] 
  46.     to  start capture, it displays the whole bulletin without prompts so 
  47.     that  you  can  capture  the  text with your comms program for later 
  48.     offline reading.

  53.     Chat mode  is dumb. You'll enter chat mode even if your sysop is not 
  54.     here. It's up to you to quit if nothing happens.

  57.     Download

  59.     Download  is  easy to use. Only the zmodem protocol is provided, but 
  60.     you  should  also  be  able to use Ymodem and Xmodem as Zmodem shall 
  61.     downgrade to them if Z itself does not work.

  63.     The  download  limit  on the first day is  small and just allows you 
  64.     to get small files.  It  is  upgraded to the standard daily limit on 
  65.     your second day. Everyone then has the same limit.

  67.     You  can  download  ONE  file bigger than the limit per day, without 
  68.     downloading any other file on that day. The "global download" option 
  69.     allows  you  to get  a file  of  any  area  from  a  single  prompt.
  70.     Multiple  file  and regular expressions are accepted in this option,
  71.     that is you can ask for:
